In this time of change on many levels, what would it mean to step into uncertainty in a more empowered way? This is one of the things we explored last week at our event on the Femina - thanks to all who came and contributed to the richness of the conversation. Because the Femina has been in exile for so long, can we be certain about what it would look like for the Femina to return? And, isn’t greater wholeness the very antidote we so need in this time of polarization?
The recent election in the United States highlighted deep division, with loud voices saying “no” to what they don’t want, moving in opposite directions from each other. What is the ‘yes’ behind that no? Perhaps a way of stepping into uncertainty in a more empowered way is to focus our pent up energy on the conviction of what we do want.
At the end of our event last week, we invited participants to what we are calling a Regenerative Rebellion. In biology, regeneration is not only the regrowth of what was before; it can also refer to generation of new patterns that are different from what was. What might it mean to make enough space around our certainties to allow for new patterns to form?
One of the ways we see to do this is to shift to a new leadership operating system. Have a look at our upcoming offer if you are interested in learning more.
What if being skillful with uncertainty, while maintaining our conviction, is some of what we need now to move towards wholeness and bring the Femina out of exile? What might leadership look like from that place? We hope you’ll join us in this ongoing, somewhat rebellious inquiry.
Yours in the journey,
The HuPerson Project
